Resin Driveways
We specialise in creating high-quality resin driveways across Cork, with every surface laid to at least 18mm thick so it stands the test of time.
Nobody blends materials quite like we do. We carefully combine premium resins with top-grade aggregates, producing a finish that looks great and holds up to daily wear. From your first design conversation right through to the final application, our team makes sure the whole process runs smoothly. We listen closely to what each client wants, shaping every job around their individual needs and style.
Sustainability matters to us too. Because our resin surfaces allow water to drain through rather than pool on top, they help lower the chances of surface flooding and reduce runoff. Add to that their durability and minimal upkeep, and you’ve got a smart option for anyone who cares about their environmental footprint.
When you choose Cork Pavers and Driveways, you’re choosing craftsmanship, dependability, and a service built around you. We don’t just install driveways — we create lasting features you’ll be proud to show off. Let us help bring a more sustainable, beautiful, and practical finish to your outdoor space.

What Makes Resin the Right Choice?
A Driveway That Turns Heads
Forget dull, dated surfaces — resin gives your home an instant facelift. Choose from an extensive palette of colours and textures, and Cork Pavers and Driveways will help you find the perfect match for your property’s character.
Built With the Environment in Mind
Rain shouldn’t be a problem. Because resin surfaces let water pass straight through instead of pooling on top, you’ll say goodbye to puddles while doing your part for the environment — a genuinely sustainable paving solution.
Less Work, More Enjoyment
No more weekends spent battling weeds or scrubbing out oil marks. Resin naturally resists staining and discolouration, so your driveway keeps looking sharp without constant upkeep.
Made to Last
Cracking and crumbling aren’t part of the resin story. Thanks to premium formulations, these surfaces are engineered to hold strong for years, giving you a driveway that’s as much a long-term investment as it is a finishing touch for your home.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can vehicles drive on Resin Bound Paving?
Absolutely. Our permeable resin bound systems can be engineered to handle even heavy traffic loads, including bus lane applications.
Does the resin contain harmful chemicals?
Not at all. Once installed, our resin bound permeable paving is entirely inert, and the resin blend even incorporates natural plant-based extracts.
What gives it its permeable quality?
For driveways, paths, and patios, we typically use a fine aggregate blend — sized between 1-3mm and 3-6mm — that’s thoroughly cleaned and dried before being combined with our UV-stable, high-performance resin. Once the mixture cures, water can pass freely through the tiny gaps between the bonded stones, all without weakening the surface.
How deep should the installation be?
The right depth depends on both the intended use and the aggregate size chosen. For areas taking vehicle traffic, we generally lay around 15-20mm over an asphalt or concrete base. Pedestrian-only areas need less — typically 9-12mm.

DIY Resin Driveways
Is this something I could install myself?
For smaller DIY jobs, we suggest Restecireland . That said, anything above 25m² is best left to our professional team, who bring 18 years of hands-on experience — the resin sets quickly, and achieving a smooth, even finish gets much harder once that happens without the right expertise.
What’s the expected lifespan?
Every installation comes backed by our standard guarantee, and based on how the resin technology performs, you can expect it to hold up well for 25+ years.
How quickly does it cure?
Full curing takes about 24 hours. That said, you can walk on it after just 4-6 hours, and light vehicles can use it within 12-16 hours. Cold winter weather can extend these timeframes somewhat.
What’s involved in cleaning it?
Maintenance is refreshingly simple — a pressure washer or stiff broom does the job. For a deeper clean that brings the stone back to looking brand new, a mild detergent like washing-up liquid works well.
Can I supply my own aggregate for the resin mix?
It’s possible, though keep in mind our stone undergoes careful screening, cleaning, and drying before use, so any aggregate you bring would need to meet the same quality standards. Got other questions? Feel free to get in touch.
